At Lumo Digital Outdoor, we are seeking an experienced General Manager of Marketing and Strategy to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. This role will be instrumental in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support our ambitious growth objectives, enhance our brand presence, and drive the company's success.

This leadership position will oversee the development and execution of our marketing strategy and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, managing key relationships, and elevating market presence.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and content creation, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They will also be proficient in budget management, financial reporting, and using marketing technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Contribute strategic insights and ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
  • Brand Custodianship: Ensure consistency across all communications, both internally and externally.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of the marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring KPIs and financial targets are met.
  • Industry Engagement & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and represent us at key events to increase brand visibility and market influence.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead the marketing team, ensuring they deliver high-quality content, presentations, and sales collateral that align with our brand values.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and OOH industry developments to inform marketing strategies and maintain our industry leadership.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives and maximise client engagement.
