Job Description
As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with your team to set the standard and pace, coaching, inspiring, and growing them. You will be responsible for running restaurants brilliantly, serving high-quality food, and making every customer feel welcome.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar. You should have excellent communication skills, a people-focused approach, and a passion for running restaurants. A bucket-load of passion to inspire, motivate, and engage your team is essential. You should also be a problem-solver who can think outside the box to find solutions that deliver great results for restaurants, customers, and team members.
