Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the health and safety culture within the team.
  • Set and achieve production priorities with a focus on operational efficiency and throughput.
  • Contribute to and implement continuous improvement of shift operations.
  • Engage with the team on the shop floor and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with experience in a manufacturing or operational environment. A strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures is essential. Experience with ERP systems and stock management is also beneficial. Technical expertise in plastics, mechanical, or electrical fields is an advantage.
