Overview

Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is seeking a skilled logistics and operations professional to support the execution of our Operations strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, distribution center operations, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage outbound logistics, including shipping and receiving, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, vendor guidelines, and routing guides.
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Cultivate relationships with distribution center partners and stakeholders to ensure on-time order fulfillment and best-in-class service.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and/or operations within the CPG space.
  • Strong 3PL warehouse/distribution center management experience and B2B order management experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP systems, system error troubleshooting, and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Data-driven with strong quantitative skills and ability to evaluate financial and business indicators.
