Role Description:
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Yard and Drive-thru area. The successful candidate will be physically fit with solid health and safety values, able to work independently as well as in a team environment, have great attention to detail and organization, and be competent in computer and numeracy skills. A clean/current Full NZ Driver's Licence is essential. This is a permanent full-time role, offering 45 hours a week, working Monday to Friday with 1 to 2 rostered Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers within our timber yard & Drive Thru department
- Load goods onto customer vehicles
- Process customer orders and transactions
- Pick orders for delivery when needed
- Monitor inventory and cycle counts
- Assist as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained
- Operate a Forklift if qualified

Requirements:
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment, great attention to detail and organization, competent in computer and numeracy skills, and physically fit with solid health and safety values.
