About the Opportunity

Kidscan is seeking an experienced Senior Community Fundraising Manager to lead their community fundraising efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on children's lives across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community fundraising strategy that aligns with Kidscan's strategic objectives.
  • Lead a small team to develop and execute innovative large-scale peer-to-peer community fundraising initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships, Fundraising, and Individual Giving and Senior Events and Fundraising Manager on developing the annual fundraising and events plan.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing the delivery of community fundraising initiatives.
  • Experience in developing successful strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
