Frontline is a reputable growing organisation seeking an experienced leader to oversee the smooth operation of our Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU).

The Role

As a Nurse Director of Anesthesia Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and customer services in our state-of-the-art facility.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care and customer services
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, collaborating with key senior nurses to implement staff development initiatives
  • Implement quality improvement and risk management programmes to ensure a safe and effective service
  • Manage resources to deliver a cost-effective service that meets the needs of our patients and stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current Annual Practicing Certificate or ability to obtain this
  • A relevant Post Graduate qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills that inspire trust and confidence in your teams
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers, superiors, and the wider teams
  • Ability to model clinical expertise skills in critical care nursing
