Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Energy & Utilities business unit. In this role, you will work closely with the Auckland Stormwater team to administer contracts, process invoices, and ensure accurate data filing and capture systems.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Process Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Payments.
  2. Assist in administering the delivery of contract services to our clients.
  3. Update jobs and process claims.
  4. Implement organization and improvement of data filing and data capture systems.
  5. Assist in producing financial/KPI/monthly reports.

About You

  • Sound experience in Contract Administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
