Job Description
This role involves creating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs for the manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a strong understanding of training principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop training materials and curricula
- Deliver training sessions and workshops
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new courses
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and six years of relevant experience in a technical role in a scientific field or industrial setting
- Associate's degree and four years of relevant experience in a technical role in a scientific field or industrial setting
- Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience in a technical role in a scientific field or industrial setting
- Two years of prior GMP manufacturing experience
- Minimum of one year of previous training experience
