The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates.
  • Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development for sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
  • Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring that sales staff are appropriately trained and competent to perform their duties.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers daily.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales and profit.
  • Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research and trend analysis.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Superb knowledge of powder coating products, with specialized technical knowledge.
  • Relevant licenses or certifications in sales or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales management within powder coating or a related industry.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
