Regional Sales Director

Qemtex is a leading provider of powder coating solutions, seeking an experienced area sales manager to lead our sales efforts in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
About the Role- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates.
- Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development for sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
- Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensuring that sales staff are appropriately trained and competent to perform their duties.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers daily.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales and profit.
- Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Superb knowledge of powder coating products, with specialized technical knowledge.
- Relevant licenses or certifications in sales or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales management within powder coating or a related industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
