The Role
As a Digital Transformation Specialist at The Boundary, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering exceptional products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless delivery from concept to launch while fostering a collaborative and high-performing agile environment.

About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, leveraging agile delivery practices within a Product/Digital/Tech/Software company. You will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver complex products to life, focusing on operational excellence, team empowerment, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth running of team delivery, drive definition of and encourage team accountability of definition of ready and done, adhering to our practices and processes while applying a continuous improvement mindset.
* Support Product Manager/Owners to implement best practice, especially around grooming and maintaining the product backlog/task list/schedule.
* Schedule and facilitate Agile events (pre-planning/sprints), stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives, quarterly planning, and coaching team members in applied agile frameworks.
* Produce and communicate sprint/plan and release reports, backlog documentation, and metrics including sprint/milestone/release status to key stakeholders.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead/Agile Project Manager leveraging agile delivery practices within a Product/Digital/Tech/Software company.
* Tertiary Level Degree in Management or similar qualification preferred.
* Certified Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master certification highly valued.
* A high level of exposure to Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Software Engineers, Software Testers, UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers.
* Broad experience across digital systems and technology platforms.
