Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Resident Care Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional care services for our residents in the Assisted Living Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and evaluating assigned residents' care needs
- Assessing levels of care and determining whether a resident requires a change in setting or level of care
- Coordinating medication management and working with physicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of care and medications
- Supervising departmental operations as directed by the department director or Executive Director
- Responding to residents', family members', and staff's inquiries and concerns in a tactful and timely manner
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- High school graduate required; college coursework preferred
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) license
- One to three years' experience working in senior care
