Momentus Hotel Alexandra is seeking a highly skilled Assistant General Manager Reservations to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Reservation operations and ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct and supervise the activities of the Reservation section
- Manage and lead the Reservations Sales Officers and Executives in daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks that support hotel sales and operational needs
- Ensure maximum room utilization when monitoring room allotments
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of prior experience in hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work on shifts
- Prior experience with Opera is an added advantage
