This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team while driving improvements in disability support services across New Zealand. As the Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive policy work programme to ensure the successful delivery of our DSS Review Programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading programme planning, delivery, and reporting.
- Providing senior leadership and expert advice to Ministers and senior management.
- Inspecting and motivating a high-performing team to deliver on programme objectives.
- Fostering strong relationships within the organisation and applying effective change management approaches.
