Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead our teams in Wellington, Napier, New Plymouth, Nelson, Christchurch, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Queenstown.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Building Services - Manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure facilities meet compliance requirements.
  2. Nationwide Health and Safety - Oversee initiatives to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  3. Building Security - Coordinate access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  4. Uniforms and Materials - Manage the issuance of uniforms, identity cards, and other corporate materials.
  5. Leadership and Guidance - Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Corporate Services team.
  6. Relationships - Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and external partners.
  7. Process Improvement - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Corporate Services Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and deadline management.
  • A genuine commitment to quality service and a keen sense of purpose.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to plan work effectively.
