About the Role

You will provide advice and support to the business to deal with procurement, supplier, and commercial related needs. As part of a team of Senior Procurement Partners, you'll take an enterprise view in a portfolio-based structure.

This role has a particular focus on our Maori Health Partnerships team and other areas supporting Maori health initiatives. You will work closely with our Maori Health Partnerships team and others to help develop and deliver prioritized procurement activities.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A good understanding and application of NZGPR to support innovative procurement solutions, strategies, and end-to-end procurements aligned to the Maori Health action plan and ACC's enterprise strategy Huakina Te Ra.
  • An in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and approaches that honor Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Maori as the Crown's Tiriti partners.
  • Innovation and connection with social sector commissioning approaches to develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Experience in tikanga and matauranga Maori would be an advantage.
