Key Responsibilities
As the Global Supply Chain Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing all worldwide supply chain activities, serving as the leading source of supply chain expertise within the organization.
This role provides strategic leadership and management of the entire global supply chain, including internal manufacturing and external contract manufacturing.

The Director will partner with cross-functional department leaders and site managers to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth through effective procurement and supply chain management.
A key focus is to manage the supply chain in alignment with the company's sustainability goals and roadmaps while ensuring operational excellence in quality, cost, and delivery.

This position reports directly to the General Manager and is a core member of AIPC Executive Leadership.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • • Strong understanding of global supply chain processes, logistics, procurement, and sustainability practices.
    • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
    • Exceptional leadership and team development abilities, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Additional Requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed to support global operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global supply chain operations, including both internal and external manufacturing.
