Job Description
This part-time Receptionist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the Village and Care Centre teams. Your strong customer service ethic will ensure that our customers receive a warm welcome, and their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to management teams
* Deliver superb customer service at reception for customers, management team, and staff
* Maintain accurate records and documents

Requirements:
* Proven administration experience with a focus on customer service
* Strong communication skills, able to relate to people from all walks of life
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
