The Role: As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation. This includes providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory and supplies, operating our dedicated retail space, implementing marketing strategies, and leading a passionate team. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure a positive and supportive work environment for our College Street team.

About You: We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in coffee and hospitality. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to thrive under pressure, and have a proven track record of leading a great team. Experience as a Café Manager or Supervisor is highly desirable. You will be required to work some weekend hours as we operate seven days a week. This is a full-time position based at our Laffare café on College Street, Wellington Central.
