Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Cantabria Lifecare & Village. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the general maintenance of the care home, including preventative maintenance measures, gardening, building repairs, and maintaining the building exterior. You will work closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure a high level of resident safety and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with general maintenance, painting, plumbing, and minor carpentry
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- A genuine love for helping people, with excellent customer service skills
