Residential Support Coordinator

**Job Overview**
Acurity Health Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive business and administration support at a regional level.
The Residential Administrator plays an integral role in working collaboratively with the Regional Team Leaders, Rehabilitation Team, Regional Service Manager, and other Service Administrators. You will be required to work to support our clients and their families as needed to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility in delivering quality rehabilitation services.
This is a permanent position for 80 hours per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Regional Team Leaders and Rehabilitation Team
- Assisting with site inspections, reconciling accounts, and ordering supplies
- Organising functions and annual celebrations
- Supporting clients and their families as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role, including junior roles
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Business Central skills highly desirable
- Experience with a computerised payroll system would be valued
- Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines due to good time management
