About the role The Residential Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive, and efficient business and administration support at a regional level.
Be engaged in a variety of work; answering telephone queries, ordering supplies, completing site inspections, reconciling accounts, organising functions and annual celebrations.
The Residential Administrator role plays an integral role working collaboratively with the Regional Team Leaders, Rehabilitation Team, Regional Service Manager, and other Service Administrators.
You will also be required to work to support our client's and their families as required to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the facility in delivering quality rehabilitation services.
This is a permanent position for 80 hours per fortnight.
Desired Skills and Experience About you You will be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life and have strong attention to detail.
You will also demonstrate and have the following qualities/skills: Previous experience in an administration role, would also consider junior role applications  Proven ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously Proficiency in MS Office Suite Business Central skills highly desirable Experience with a computerised payroll system would be valued.
Previous skills with financial reconciliation of petty cash, client funds would be advantageous (via debit card transactions).
Professional, positive, calm, friendly person who can work well in close knit team environment A "how can I help with that" attitude is essential No two days are the same, so flexible work approach is essential Must be able to relate to people from all walks of life and have empathy for those following life changing injuries.
Willingness to learn new skills Attention to detail with high accuracy and able to meet deadlines due to good time management.
Work travel between sites in Auckland, so a full New Zealand driver's license is essential.
