Claims Handler Position

This role involves managing the claims process from initial contact to final settlement. This includes communicating with Members and other stakeholders, interpreting policy wording, determining settlements, appointing and liaising with assessors and other suppliers, and reviewing and approving scopes quotes and variations. You will also be responsible for undertaking recovery procedures and making payments within your delegated level of authority.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a standout customer-focused problem solver who is quick to pick up new systems and processes. You will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a working knowledge of Fire and General Insurance policies. Previous experience in claims handling, negotiation and dispute resolution would be highly regarded.
