**Midwifery Leadership Opportunity:**
We require a Clinical Midwifery Manager for a part-time fixed term role to cover parental leave. The successful applicant will work across the floor - both in birthing suite and 4 North Maternity.
About the Job Description:
- Lead the midwifery team in implementing organisational initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the midwifery area.
- Ensure safe patient journey within the area of responsibility.
About the Requirements:
- You must have clinical expertise and at least 5 years midwifery practice.
- You should have a Master's Degree in Midwifery or evidence of working towards one.
- Certificate in Clinical Teaching would be an advantage.
