Church Schools Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative assistant to join our team based at the Pacific Area Office. As a member of the Seminaries and Institutes department, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Church Schools (CS) and other team members as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Director with communication, planning tasks, and project support.
  2. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using various software and platforms.
  3. Manage meeting documentation and take minutes as required.
  4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management.
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.

Qualifications:
  1. Relevant education and experience in administration or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software.
  5. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
