Reception Team Member

At Butterwick Hospice Retail Ltd, we are seeking a reliable and friendly Reception Team Member to join our team in Bishop Auckland. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide an excellent welcome experience for patients, families, and visitors.
The role involves answering the telephone, taking messages, adhering to our clear desk policy, directing patients to the waiting area, and assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
No prior experience is necessary; however, some admin or secretarial experience would be beneficial. We welcome anyone who is professional, reliable, and can respect confidentiality.
We will support you in obtaining a DBS check and completing online mandatory training modules prior to starting with us.
