About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a vibrant multidisciplinary team, providing concussion, social rehab and training for independence rehabilitation programs to a variety of clients.
- Manage your own caseload
- Work alongside other likeminded clinicians
- Support from experienced clinicians to help you grow and further develop
A qualified OT or Physio, with at least 3 years' relevant experience in concussion and or delivering community based programs.

- Innovative and creative with their clinical skillset
The salary range for this role is $86,000 to $107,000pa depending on your experience.
- Additional annual leave – your annual leave will increase yearly towards 5 weeks after 5 years' service
- Full cost of your APC will be paid for by Proactive
- We provide EAP services
- Structured ongoing support and development opportunities towards your CPD and access to a CPD budget for accredited courses
