Job Description
This position is based in the community, where you will work with people of all ages with physical disabilities and long-term illness. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in their daily occupations, promoting independence and health and well-being. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, welcoming, and incredibly supportive atmosphere, with a strong commitment to regular supervision and peer supervision. Our team utilizes the Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and Engagement to drive our process and measure patient outcomes. We use an evidence-based approach in our assessments and interventions, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
