The ideal candidate will work closely with providers, regional operation directors or chief operations officers, and chief medical officers to assist in and offer oversight for leadership, direction, and administration of various operations to ensure accomplishment of clinic and organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and communicating clinic goals and goal status, organizing and coordinating clinic meetings, and developing relationships with extended team members such as pharmaceutical employees, medical agencies, specialists, and hospitals.

This role will also involve collaborating with marketing teams to develop marketing plans, working with clinic administrators to draft and distribute patient satisfaction endeavors, and representing the clinic at public and professional meetings and conferences.

A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is required, along with four or more years of healthcare administration experience and one year of supervisory experience.
