Clinical Leadership Specialist

Job Responsibilities
The Senior Clinic Administrator will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:
- Oversee Strategic Planning: Provide financial oversight and budget management for multiple clinics, staying current with patient care and other patient data outcomes.
- Clinic Operations: Oversee the overall operation of multiple clinics, ensuring successful clinic administration and coordination.
- Relationship Development: Develop relationships with extended team members, including pharmaceutical employees, medical agencies, specialists, and hospitals, to ensure patients are referred to preferred service providers.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing regarding marketing plans – current and future.
- Patient Satisfaction: Work with the clinic administrator for drafting, distribution, and assessment of patient satisfaction endeavors.
- Communication and Public Relations: Review and initiate clinic communication and public relations programs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Experience: Four or more years of healthcare administration experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Computer and healthcare system literacy, knowledge of health care administration, clinic philosophy, policies, and operating procedures.
