Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our Adult Community Therapy Service (ACTS). This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform care decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience working within healthcare.
  • A high level of skill in clinical assessment and critical evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication ability.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage time well, and prioritize workload.
  • Registration as a health professional in New Zealand (Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Registered Nurse or related discipline).
