Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Christchurch. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be working in outpatient environments like Donor Centres and Mobile Drives. Your primary responsibility will be to care for patients and make a huge difference to their outcomes.
About the Role
This role requires a healthcare professional with excellent health assessment, critical thinking, and reflective practice skills. You will contribute to all aspects of the collection of blood products and donor health education at our mobile and donor room collections. No phlebotomy experience is required as we will provide comprehensive training and orientation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- To utilise your health assessment, critical thinking, and reflective practice skills to contribute to all aspects of the collection of blood products and donor health education.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the efficient delivery of safe blood and tissue products.
- To participate in professional development & advancement including a Nursing Council accredited PDRP programme.
