Business Development Representative

Delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets is at the heart of this role. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to understand their business communications requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or commercial roles, although industry experience is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can develop trusting relationships with clients and consistently achieve targets and KPIs. If you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are able to think on your feet, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline to identify opportunities for product sales.
  • Proactively upskill and self-learn to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Schedule and complete all tasks within specified timescales, ensuring all systems are updated for each customer interaction.
