  • Coffee industry experience and/or knowledge and barista experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A drive to learn and develop in sales, with a passion for coffee and tea.
  • Confident and considerate approach to customers and new situations.
  • Previous business development experience is an asset.
