Job Description
As a Senior Asset Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies for effective asset management of our water, wastewater, and stormwater assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies to support a robust asset assessment, renewal, and maintenance profile for the 'Three Waters'
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving services, data integrity, and planning for present and future long-term plans with a view to future water reform
- Motivate and lead teams to achieve outstanding results, leveraging your experience to upskill peers and foster a culture of excellence
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on asset management strategies and ensure seamless communication across all levels
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in successfully leading teams
- Motivation towards asset engineering and planning
- Excellent communication skills
