Job Description
The Three Waters Commissioning Engineer will oversee the installation of new assets, equipment, systems, and processes to ensure they function correctly and deliver the expected results. This includes developing commissioning plans, testing programs, handover documentation, and operations and maintenance process documentation. The successful candidate will work with project delivery and operations teams to carry out commissioning tests, analyze defects, and support their resolution.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and approving commissioning plans
- Develop testing plans, training programs, handover documentation, and operations and maintenance process documentation
- Carry out commissioning tests with project delivery and operations teams
- Analyze and identify commissioning defects and support their resolution
- Prepare and maintain commissioning records of site observations, testing processes, and checklists

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10+ years' experience in the waters industry in an operational context
- Proven experience in project delivery and commissioning of industrial processes, particularly with water, wastewater, and stormwater networks
- Expert knowledge of three waters civil and mechanical engineering in a complex production environment
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, including writing clear and concise reports and making effective oral and visual presentations
