Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the production team to achieve the required production rates with the right quality. You will help develop improvements to the production process within a high-growth, high-consequence production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of production lines and removing production blockers
  • Understanding vehicle risk and improving manufacturing processes and products
  • Developing improvements to the production process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering projects
  • Ensuring quality control and engineering documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience with electrical hardware systems, PCBA Assemblies, or instrumentation and control systems
  • Experience designing and debugging electrical test infrastructure or automated test systems
  • Experience developing basic automation or data analysis scripting in Python, C or similar
  • Hands-on technical experience debugging complex electrical or software systems within a production environment
