Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to join our team as a network services professional. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support, implement and maintain critical IT network infrastructure across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies.

This role involves working closely with our IT infrastructure teams to ensure that the tools that underpin the management and operation of our network are well-maintained, reliable, and service-focused.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting diverse platforms in hybrid-cloud and multi-datacentre/site environments.
  2. Expertise in LAN/WAN, Wired/Wireless networks, Security, Unified Communications, and Passive Optical LAN.
  3. Proficient in Layer 1–7 protocols, including installation, configuration, and support.
  4. Skilled in troubleshooting, operations, and support for enterprise and service provider networks.
