About the Role
We are seeking a System and Reporting Specialist to fill a 12-month fixed term role. If you have demonstrable Power BI skills and can turn numbers into engaging financial insights, this job might be for you.
The Finance Team
The finance team is looking to develop its Power BI reporting suite to support Programme Managers. We have developed an internal Contracts Database using Power Apps and need someone to finess it.
Your Responsibilities
You will require:
- A strong understanding of financial concepts and key performance indicators (e.g., P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, variance analysis).
- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.
- Proven experience with SQL or other data manipulation languages.
- Demonstrable understanding of programming and scripting languages.
- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power FX (preferred).
- The ability to interpret and visualise complex financial data in an understandable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics (preferred).
- Microsoft Power BI Certification (preferred).
