Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Coordinator to lead the charge in shaping our licensing direction across apparel, grocery, home, and general merchandise. This role will involve setting ambitious targets, spotting future trends, driving commercial impact, and navigating complex negotiations to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting & Financials – Provide forecasting support for suppliers, manage royalty reporting, and ensure financial calculations are accurate and impactful.
  • Strategic Licensing Selection – Identify key licenses with the potential to drive significant commercial success. Engage with licensors, evaluate opportunities, and align the business around high-impact licensing strategies.
  • Negotiation & Commercials – Participate in contract negotiations with licensors, securing the best possible fees and terms while influencing buying teams across divisions.
  • Business-Wide Collaboration – Work with buying teams to bring licensing visions to life across multiple categories and channels.
  • Critical Path & Trade Calendar Management – Oversee sell-off critical paths, ensure seamless execution of licensing events, and maintain a strategic trade calendar across divisions.
  • Industry Leadership – Attend local and global licence events, to build relationships and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Supplier Performance & Alignment – Ensure supplier commitments align with business objectives and manage performance reporting.
  • Summits & Strategic Engagements – Organise annual summits and trade sessions to drive alignment and momentum across teams and suppliers.
