**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Coordinator to lead our licensing direction across apparel, grocery, home, and general merchandise categories. This role involves setting ambitious targets, identifying future trends, driving commercial impact, and navigating complex negotiations to deliver strong business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Forecasting & Financials: Provide forecasting support for suppliers, manage royalty reporting, and ensure accurate financial calculations.
  • Strategic Licensing Selection: Identify key licenses with significant commercial potential, engage with licensors, evaluate opportunities, and align the business around high-impact licensing strategies.
  • Negotiation & Commercials: Participate in contract negotiations with licensors, securing favorable fees and terms while influencing buying teams across divisions.
  • Business-Wide Collaboration: Work with buying teams to bring licensing visions to life across multiple categories and channels.
  • Critical Path & Trade Calendar Management: Oversee sell-off critical paths, ensure seamless execution of licensing events, and maintain a strategic trade calendar across divisions.
  • Industry Leadership: Attend local and global licence events to build relationships and identify emerging opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Sharp Commercial Acumen: Evaluate licensing opportunities with a critical eye for commercial return.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiator who can influence deals at a high level and navigate both favorable and challenging discussions with licensors.
  • Trend Spotting & Market Foresight: Intuitive understanding of design and emerging trends, knowing what will be in demand 12-18 months ahead.
  • Financial Precision: Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in financial calculations and royalty reporting.
  • Relationship Building: Confidence and ability to network, build, and maintain meaningful industry connections.
  • Excel & Reporting Expertise: Comfortable working with financial data, reporting tools, and ensuring accuracy of key figures.
