By being brand-led and retail-focused, we are intentional about placing the right people in the right roles, allowing us to perform work that truly makes a difference.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Licensed Coordinator to lead the charge in shaping our licensing direction across apparel, grocery, home, and general merchandise.
Licensing is a rapidly growing category for us, and we need someone who can set ambitious targets, spot future trends, drive commercial impact, and navigate complex negotiations to deliver strong business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Forecasting & Financials – Provide forecasting support for suppliers, manage royalty reporting, and ensure financial calculations are accurate and impactful.Strategic Licensing Selection – Identify key licenses with the potential to drive significant commercial success.
Engage with licensors, evaluate opportunities, and align the business around high-impact licensing strategies.Negotiation & Commercials – Participate in contract negotiations with licensors, securing the best possible fees and terms while influencing buying teams across divisions.Business-Wide Collaboration – Work with buying teams to bring licensing visions to life across multiple categories and channels.Critical Path & Trade Calendar Management – Oversee sell-off critical paths, ensure seamless execution of licensing events, and maintain a strategic trade calendar across divisions.Industry Leadership – Attend local and global licence events, to build relationships and identify emerging opportunities.Supplier Performance & Alignment – Ensure supplier commitments align with business objectives and manage performance reporting.Summits & Strategic Engagements – Organise annual summits and trade sessions to drive alignment and momentum across teams and suppliers.Qualifications:Sharp Commercial Acumen – The ability to evaluate licensing opportunities with a critical eye for commercial return.Negotiation – A proven negotiator who can influence deals at a high level and navigate both favourable and challenging discussions with licensors.Trend Spotting & Market Foresight – An intuitive understanding of design and emerging trends—knowing what will be in demand 12-18 months ahead.Financial Precision – Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in financial calculations and royalty reporting.Relationship Building – The confidence and ability to network, build, and maintain meaningful industry connections.Excel & Reporting Expertise – Comfortable working with financial data, reporting tools, and ensuring the accuracy of key figures.Additional Information:At TWG, we offer a dynamic and supportive team environment where you can thrive alongside like-minded individuals.
