Job Description

The Asset Manager will oversee the overall management of the organisation's capital finance and assets, including 24 facilities. This role involves ensuring effective management of assets and budgets, delivering capital projects within budget, and meeting environmental performance goals.

  1. Maintain and update the asset management plan and venue strategy.
  2. Oversee asset acquisition, management, and disposal to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability goals and foster strong relationships.
  4. Lead capital budget planning, forecasting, preparation, and phased execution.
  5. Oversee fleet management and procurement.
  6. Measure and report on sustainability performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  7. Develop and execute strategies to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
