About the Role
The Senior Claimant Support Specialist will help claimants through the Historic Claims process, be their primary point of contact, and help them towards achieving redress and healing.
This role involves managing any particularly complex cases, providing support, mentoring and guidance to other staff, and being flexible and resilient with the ability to cope under pressure.
You will be required to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver results, and your creativity and innovative flair will be essential in this role.
The salary range for this position is $102,533.00 - $124,402.00 per annum, depending on experience.
