You will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes for your store. You will focus on building a culture that fosters engagement, productivity, and results-driven behavior within your team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors
- Coach your team to deliver multiple brand moments and elevate the customer experience
- Identify and address team development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance
- Work with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results
