About the Role
The Auto Repair Network Manager is responsible for the strategy and delivery of the MBI repair network in New Zealand. You will set up and manage the repair network to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality customer service standards.
You will work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and validate repair network partner propositions to ensure agreed and expected service levels.
This role has flexibility to work from home up to two days per week and involves travel across New Zealand.
Your Background
5+ years of New Zealand repair network experience
Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs
Automotive trade certificate
Experience managing external vendors or 3PL providers
Prior experience of establishing and growing a repair network
Industry knowledge of systems and applications used by repair agents
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to convert insights into strategies and roadmaps
An understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., The Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Privacy Act)
