As a Team Leader Housing Support, you will lead a team of Housing Support Managers and Senior Housing Support Managers ensuring they have the right tools, guidance, and support to carry out their day-to-day activities to the best of their abilities.Your responsibilities include:Creating a safe and healthy work environment where customer outcomes, operational targets, and positive people experiences are achieved.Managing and monitoring the health and safety of a largely mobile team, providing support and guidance as required to our people.Producing operational reporting that shows the work types, volumes, and services being managed by the team and how the team is performing.Also unique to this role is leading through change and enabling your team to navigate across medium to high density housing.
