This role is 40 hours, plus per week, with some flexibility.With a strong brand and even stronger products (you remember that Rhino living on our carpet), we pride ourselves on delivering the best results to our customers and celebrating our success. We're constantly developing new product and marketing strategies to keep us ahead of the game and in line with the latest industry trends and technology.Due to massive growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our fun and supportive Whitianga team in a diverse sales role. You will have strong customer service skills and experience working towards sales KPIs and hitting targets.Your main focus will be building strong customer relationships and selling a diverse range of flooring solutions. You'll be consulting with customers in the showroom and in their homes and properties, so you won't be stuck in the store all day A full NZ driving license is therefore essential.Key Responsibilities:Following up on customer leadsMeasuring/estimating flooring requirements and constructing a detailed planCosting, quoting, and closing the saleMaintain POS and inventory databasesEncouraging excellence in staff relations between flooring installers, office and shop staffPost installation follow-up and customer careMeeting or exceeding performance sales targetsMaintaining up-to-date technical product knowledgeGet to know our customers, have great conversations, and show your passion for design and interiors We have some of the best exclusive product ranges on the market backed by an incredibly strong brand.
