As a Building Consultant, you'll be instrumental in selling our top-quality, affordable homes to prospective clients. You won't just wait for leads to come in—you'll proactively seek out new opportunities, qualify leads, and build lasting relationships with clients.
You will be one of two Building Consultants in the team for the Waikato region, working from our office and selection centre in the Hamilton CBD, and sharing show home hosting duties on a rotational roster.
This is an Independent Contractor position with a competitive commission structure and uncapped earning potential. A monthly retainer may be provided for the first three months on negotiation.
What You'll Bring Sales Experience: At least 3 years, ideally in new home sales, though a strong, enthusiastic attitude is equally valued. Hunger and Drive: A proactive, self-starter who is eager to get out there, network, and drive sales. Exceptional Communication: Strong relationship-building skills and brings a great approach to client interactions. Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and effectively use our in-house systems.
