We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team, the Heart of Connection & Culture at Flight Centre New Zealand.
About the role. Mo te TurangaThis role is responsible for:
Scoping, designing & delivering training for new product, systems and processesIdentifying, implementing, and driving Flight Centre's learning strategyFacilitation of the virtual and classroom training for our Flight Centre brandEnsuring a strong onboarding process for new Independent Contractors for our Envoyage brandFacilitation of training for Independent ContractorsFlexing into other Learning & development activities as neededAbout you. Mo koeYou are passionate about helping others reach their full potential and love to partner with the business to help drive business performance. You will ideally have:
Experience in Flight Centre Systems (Leisure and/or Independent Contractors specifically)Proven ability to create accountabilityAbility to clearly articulate knowledgeProven ability to build strong business partnerships/relationshipsWe offer various benefits including:
